Purchasing of Products
To make an order, call +65 67326145 or submit an on-line ordering form.
All orders requested will be confirmed via e-mail or telephone.
All prices listed are in Singapore dollars.
All prices are inclusive of delivery within Singapore during operating hours (excluding delivery to surrounding islands, airports and restricted areas).

For special requests outside regular operating hours, an additional surcharge will be levied.

For Valentine's Day, the prices for roses will be increased. Please check our website for the peak period price list.

 

Cancellation
Online orders cannot be cancelled & refund once the payment has been made.

Payment
Orders must be fully paid before delivery. Payment can only be made by credit card (Visa, Master, Amex, Diners), you may call our hotline +65 6732 6145 to leave your credit card details or you may fax them to us at +65 6396 8616.

Substitution

Yuki Florists & Gifts reserves the right to substitute appropriate flowers and/or gift item of equal value in the event that the flower/gift featured is/are not available at the time of ordering. In the event that the colour of the flowers ordered is not available, we will substitute it with another colour of the same flowers, provided that will not affect the overall design and shape of the arrangement. During Valentine's Peak season, arrangements with roses will be replaced.

Exchange

We will gladly replace any item or product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, provided such defects are reported to us within 2 hours from time of receipt.

Refund

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Management

 

Privacy

We request information from the user by when there is an order. To process an order, a user must provide contact information (like name and contact number etc) .This information is used for accounting, billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.We respect your privacy.  We do not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers and the recipients to any unrelated third parties. Any information you give us about yourself and the recipients are held with the utmost care and security. Under certain circumstances, we may contact you with details of new products and promotions which we believe you may be interested in. If you want us to remove your details from our systems, please contact us with your request and we will remove, subject to retaining information for accounting by law.

Deliveries made on Saturdays after 7 pm and on Sundays will incur an additional S$10 surcharge.

Re-Delivery Charges:

Customers will be charged an additional SGD$15.00 for any order that did not reach the intended recipient due to the following:

- Recipient was not available at the delivery location at time of intended delivery.
- No contact number of the recipient was given by the customer.
- Customer had provided the wrong address or wrong date of delivery

Restricted Zone Charges:

A delivery charge of SGD$15.00 is applicable for any order/s to these places. Please note that the customer is liable to pay for any required charges if order is delivered within these areas:

- Airport Cargo Complex
- Army Camps
- Jurong Island
- All PSA Ports
- Sentosa
